Information is used to verify insurance eligibility, coordinate and deliver durable medical equipment, provide service and pickup, bill insurance carriers, respond to inquiries and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Document uploads
Files uploaded through our forms — resumes, physician orders and supporting documentation — are stored in private, access-controlled storage and reviewed only by authorized staff.
Data retention
Records are retained for the period required by insurance carriers and applicable state and federal recordkeeping rules, then securely destroyed.
